1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk7store platform — including its website at pk7store.club, its casino games, sports betting services, bingo rooms, joker poker tables, and any associated promotional materials — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pk7store. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. pk7store reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on pk7store, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. pk7store reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pk7store. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk7store login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify pk7store immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pk7store will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify pk7store of a security breach and we take appropriate action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pk7store are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC complete). Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts during business hours.
• Verification: pk7store may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected.
• Fees: pk7store does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pk7store bears no responsibility.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at pk7store's discretion.

pk7store reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk7store offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

pk7store uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot and RNG games.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, pk7store reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. pk7store's decision in such circumstances is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk7store platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk7store or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pk7store without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of pk7store's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk7store, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pk7store's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

pk7store's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk7store is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, pk7store may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your pk7store account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to account closure.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

pk7store collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of pk7store following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. pk7store operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pk7store, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through pk7store's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
